Four Cameras, Full 360°
Four cameras mounted at mast height cover the site in every direction. Supervision, incident review and perimeter security come from the same unit that lights the ground.
Tow It, Level It, Raise It
A three-wheel trolley with five jacks, wheel chocks and 13-inch rims moves the tower behind any site vehicle. A manual winch takes the mast to full height without hydraulics to service.
Lighting and Site Surveillance in One Towable Unit
Most sites solve night work twice — a light tower from one supplier, a camera pole from another, two deliveries, two power sources, two things to move when the face advances. The ATR LCT10 collapses that into a single trailer-mounted unit that lights the ground and watches it at the same time.
The 9-metre mast is raised by manual winch and carries four 200 W LED floodlights alongside four cameras giving complete 360° coverage. Power comes from an onboard Kirloskar 5.5 kVA diesel generator, distributed through a 4 + 1 MCB control panel so each lamp can be switched independently. Built for mining, quarrying, construction and infrastructure sites across the UAE and the wider Gulf, and supported by ATR Drill's own service and spares network.

One Mast. Every Direction.
Height is what makes the difference. At nine metres the light clears haul trucks, stockpiles and rig masts instead of being blocked by them, and the four cameras see over the same obstructions.
One LCT10 placed centrally does the work of several ground-level floodlights and a separate camera pole — one delivery, one generator, one thing to move when the face advances.

Tow
Hitch the trolley to any site vehicle and move the unit into position. Two 13-inch wheels, wheel chocks included.

Stabilise
Deploy the five jacks and level the trolley on uneven ground. Chock the wheels before the mast goes up.

Raise
Winch the mast to its full nine metres by hand. Nothing to plug in, nothing hydraulic to service.

Start the generator, switch lamps individually from the 4 + 1 MCB panel, and bring the four cameras online.

How high does the ATR LCT10 tower extend?
The mast raises to 9 metres and is operated by a manual winch, so no hydraulic system or external power is needed to deploy it.
How much light does it produce?
Four Bajaj 200 W LED floodlights deliver a combined 24,000 lumens. Each lamp is switched independently from the 4 + 1 MCB control panel, so you can run partial output when full site lighting isn't needed.
Does it need a site power supply?
No. The unit carries its own Kirloskar 5.5 kVA diesel generator and runs completely independently, which makes it suitable for remote sites with no grid connection.
What do the cameras cover?
Four cameras are mounted on the mast to give full 360° coverage of the surrounding site, at the same height as the lighting array — so they see over haul trucks, stockpiles and plant rather than being blocked by them.
How is the tower moved between locations?
It sits on a three-wheel trolley with two 13-inch wheels, five stabilising jacks and wheel chocks, and can be towed behind a standard site vehicle.
What warranty is included?
The Kirloskar generator is covered for one year by Kirloskar, and the LED lighting array carries a two-year warranty. ATR Drill supports both from our Dubai office.
